Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, our return policy is limited.

1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Customized/Personalized Products: This includes Waist-Level Viewfinders with engraved text and handmade cords for beads.The customized products cannot be resold.
• Digital Products: This includes all Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology) e-books and courses. Due to their digital nature, all sales are final.

2. Eligibility for Returns

For non-customized physical items (e.g., selected Gzi beads), you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
• You contact us first and obtain a return site。

3. Return Process & Costs

If your return is accepted:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes all logistics and customs duties for sending the item back to us.
• We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment,  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
